主要從事食品生物技術研究工作,主要是借助宏基因組、蛋白質工程研究微生物酶工程,食用菌采后加工與貯藏。在Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry/ Journal of Molecular Catalysis B: Enzymatic,等學術刊物上發表研究論文20 余篇,授權專利4項。
